What is included, and what you can add
The base service covers the day-to-day. You choose the add-ons from what your organisation can afford to lose and the requirements you work under. The price follows the consumer price index whichever you pick, and because we control the platform ourselves, we can adapt the setup further than the large public clouds allow.

“Are the large clouds not cheaper?”
Not necessarily. Customers who choose our private cloud often do it precisely to bring the cost down. If you need both, we run the public cloud as well.
“Where does the data sit, and who controls the platform?”
In our own data centre in Norway, on hardware we own and a platform we run ourselves. Netpower IT Solutions AS is a Norwegian company, and operations follow Norwegian law and regulation.
“What happens to the price in three years?”
It is regulated by the consumer price index, exactly as the contract says. The agreement carries an SLA, and the terms stay the same throughout the period.
