Netpower IT Solutions AS · 24/7 Support
An on-call line around the clock, answered by our own people in Norway
For organisations with critical systems that cannot wait until the next working day.
Staffed around the clock · Netpower staff in Norway · Remote support and call-out · An SLA on the agreement

Sound familiar?
Every customer has access to support during normal working hours. For organisations with critical systems we also offer round-the-clock standby.
A good fit if you …
- Run systems that cost money for every hour they are down
- Cannot reach anyone outside office hours today
- End up in a queue at a supplier in another time zone
- Need someone who can actually turn up in person
What you get
Preparedness is measured by what actually happens when something breaks at night.
- The phone is answered by someone who can fix it — the on-call line is staffed by our own people in Norway.
- Much of it is fixed before you notice — environments are monitored around the clock, weekends and holidays included.
- One contact whatever breaks — server, network or application, you call the same number.
- A call-out when remote help is not enough — engineers who can turn up in person.
- An agreed response time, not a promise — the SLA states what applies before anything happens.
How to reach us
Three levels of help, in the order that resolves the problem fastest.
On-call line
Staffed by Netpower employees in Norway and available around the clock. You reach an engineer directly when a critical incident occurs.
Remote support
Fast fault fixing and problem solving at a distance, whenever the case can be resolved without anyone attending.
Call-out
For customers in our local area we attend in person if the fault requires someone to be on site.
Why Netpower IT Solutions?
An alternative to the large providers: you speak to someone who already knows your environment.
Our own data centre in Stavanger
We own the hardware, the network and the building. Nothing sits between you and the people running your systems, and there is no doubt about where your data lives.
People you can phone
The operations team sits in Norway and knows your software, your infrastructure and your security requirements. You get a name, not a case number.
Clear limits in an SLA
The agreement sets measurable requirements for availability, response time and incident handling, so expectations are settled before anything happens.
The same team that runs it
Whoever answers the on-call line has access to the operating environment and does not have to start from scratch.
What customers ask first
“Does everyone need 24/7?”
No. Support during normal working hours comes with every agreement. Round-the-clock standby is an addition for systems that cannot be down.
“What does standby cost?”
The price follows the scope and the response time you need, and is set out in writing in the SLA before it takes effect.
“Will you come out to us?”
For customers in our local area we attend in person for urgent incidents. Beyond that, we resolve the case by remote support.
