This page explains how netpower.no handles personal data, which cookies we use, and how you can change your choices.

1. Who is responsible

Netpower Business Solutions AS (org. no. 990 648 085), Netpower WEB Solutions AS (org. no. 981 603 702) and Netpower IT Solutions AS (org. no. 982 375 681) are jointly responsible for netpower.no. Together they form Netpower IT Group, sharing an address at Stokkamyrveien 13, 4313 Sandnes, Norway.

2. What we process and why

We process this data when you use our website:

Server logs: IP address, URL and browser type. Kept for 14 days, for security and operations. Basis: legitimate interest.
Contact and booking forms: name, email, phone, organisation and message. Sent to Pipedrive CRM for follow-up. Kept while the dialogue is active, and for up to 24 months.
Demo bookings: name, email and the chosen time when you book a product demo in the Calendly calendar on the product pages. Used to hold the demo and follow up. Kept while the dialogue is active, and for up to 24 months.
Job applications: sent to us by email.

3. Cookies

Necessary cookies make the website work. With your consent we also use cookies for statistics (Google Analytics), to see which companies visit us (Leadfeeder) and to show the booking form (Pipedrive) and the demo calendar (Calendly).

4. Third parties and transfers

We share data with these third parties:

Google Ireland Ltd (Google Analytics). Data may be processed in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Leadfeeder, provided by Liidio Oy, Finland (EU).
Pipedrive OÜ, Estonia (EU).
Calendly LLC, USA – the demo calendar on the product pages. Loaded only with your consent to functional cookies. Data may be processed outside the EEA, see Calendly’s own privacy notice.

5. Legal basis

Consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and the Norwegian Electronic Communications Act § 3-15) is the basis for non-necessary cookies. Legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)) is the basis for server logs and necessary cookies. Contract or legitimate interest is the basis when you send us an enquiry.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and to object to the processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Change your cookie choices

You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.no), if you think we process your data unlawfully.
