“What does it mean that you run it?”
The environment stays yours. We take the day-to-day: monitoring, patching, cost control, security and identity management — and we advise on best practice along the way.
“What do we do when something breaks?”
You report it to our service desk, open 08:00–16:00 on weekdays, with longer opening hours by agreement. Our on-call rota is available around the clock for those who need it.
“Will you help us with the costs?”
Yes. Cost control is part of the service. If something would be cheaper or better in our private cloud, we say so.
