Netpower WEB Solutions AS · Custom development
Finished solutions in weeks. Prototypes in days.
A new line-of-business system used to take months, often years, sprint after sprint. Now we build with Claude Code, Codex or Grok. You get a prototype you can click through within days, and a finished, enterprise-grade product in weeks. How long it takes depends on the complexity.
Prototype in days · Finished product in weeks · AI-driven security review · You own the code

Sound familiar?
The need shows up where you have ways of working that do not fit standard software.
A good fit if you …
- Have ways of working that off-the-shelf software cannot handle
- Run a core process in spreadsheets
- Were told no when you asked your current supplier to adapt
- Need something in production this quarter
What you get
Bespoke means the system follows the way you work, not the other way round.
- You own the code — no licence lock-in, and full freedom to adapt or change supplier.
- Something you can click through within days — you give feedback on real software, not on a requirements document.
- A security review in every delivery — AI finds, a senior developer decides, and nothing reaches production unapproved.
- The same team after launch — support, maintenance and new features from the people who built it.
- Hosting in Norway if you want it — the solution can run in Netpower’s own data centre in Stavanger.
Proof: iQbank went from an Excel tool to a line-of-business system used by several banks. Kulturtanken got a portal and case system for a scheme reaching 900,000 pupils a year.

Before and now
The ambition is the same. What changed is how long it takes before you see something that actually works.
How it used to be
Months of specification and sprints
Requirements were written down long before anyone saw a screen. Large teams worked sprint after sprint, and the first real feedback arrived months later. Late changes were expensive, and some projects ran for years.
How we do it now
Prototype in days, product in weeks
You get something you can click on straight away, and you give feedback on real software from day one. A small, senior team steers the AI tools. The direction can change without costing months.
How we work now
AI helps us build faster. Senior developers at Netpower take responsibility for architecture, code review, security and release to production.
1. Conversation and sketch
Day 1. We go through the need, draw the sketch and agree what the first version should do. No long pre-study.
2. Secure prototype
Days. You get a prototype you can click through, with real screens and a real flow. Access control and security review are in place already here.
3. Finished product, enterprise grade
Weeks. Automated tests, code review, documentation and release. The number of weeks depends on how complex the solution is.
4. Hosting, support and further work
WEB Solutions stays with the code. Hosting in Stavanger is delivered by Netpower IT Solutions, with monitoring, patching and backup.
Examples of what we have built with Claude Code, Codex or Grok
CRM
Replaced Pipedrive
A custom CRM that took over from Pipedrive, fully integrated with the systems already in use for e-mail, invoicing and support. The functionality follows how the business actually sells.
Customer service
Replaced Zendesk
A ticket handling system that took over from Zendesk. Tickets, e-mail threads and follow-up in one place, with AI that classifies cases and drafts replies.
Subscriptions
Subscription management
Subscriptions, renewals, upgrades and invoicing in one custom system, instead of several SaaS tools that had to be kept in sync.
Finance
Bank reconciliation
Bank transactions matched automatically against invoices. Exceptions the machine cannot settle are routed to a person.
All four were built with Claude Code, Codex or Grok at high speed, with functionality dedicated to the customer’s specific needs. The solution’s AI features can run with local models. Development tools, model hosting and the handling of customer data are agreed for each project.
Security built in
Fast delivery is worthless if the code is not safe. Security review is part of every release, not an extra at the end.
AI review before every release
The latest AI models read through the code and look for OWASP-type vulnerabilities, dependencies with known weaknesses, secrets left in the wrong place and gaps in access control.
Human control on top
A senior developer goes through the findings, judges what is real and fixes what must be fixed. The AI proposes, the human decides, and nothing reaches production without approval.
Security reviews as a running service
The threat picture keeps moving after the solution goes live. We offer scheduled reviews of the delivered application: a fresh AI analysis of the code, a dependency check and attack-style testing of the most exposed surfaces. Scope and frequency are agreed with you.
Hosting in a data centre we own
The solution can run in Netpower’s own data centre in Stavanger. Then the data stays in Norway, and the people who look after it are a short call away.
What we build
From a narrow tool for a single work process to the system the whole business runs on. The need usually appears where you have your own way of working that standard software does not fit.
The team is small and compact: a project manager who is also your technical sparring partner, developers with broad experience, and testers and designers brought in when needed. You own the code, with no licence lock-in to us.
Technology: .NET, C#, SQL Server, Azure and Microsoft 365. PHP with Laravel and Symfony. React, Vue and Angular. Flutter and React Native. TypeScript, REST and GraphQL.
- A portal for applications or registrations
- An internal tool that streamlines a workflow and saves time
- An application for customers or staff
- A new system that replaces spreadsheets and manual routines
What customers ask first
“Does quality suffer with AI-assisted development?”
No. The code goes through senior code review, automated tests and security scanning before it goes live. The demands on architecture, documentation and traceability are the same as before.
“Who owns the code?”
You do. Custom development means the system belongs to you, with no licence lock-in and full freedom to adapt it and build on it.
“What if we need changes later?”
The same team carries it on, with support, maintenance and new functionality at the pace you want. We also take over solutions others have built. See how we take over maintenance →
“Can the data stay in Norway?”
Yes. The solution can run in Netpower’s own data centre in Stavanger, so the data never leaves Norway. See the data centre →

Next step
Do you have an idea that should have been a system?
A short conversation is enough to see whether the idea can become a prototype within days. No obligation, and you leave with a concrete picture of what it takes.
