Netpower has delivered:

A complete online store

Ventilation supplier Filtoria delivers filters straight from the factory to the customer, cutting out the costly middlemen. With demand for ventilation filters and related services growing, Filtoria wanted a modern, future-proof solution that could handle subscriptions, payments and reminders while still giving customers a smooth experience.

When Filtoria approached Netpower, the need was clear: an easy-to-use website built for a developing market. Netpower therefore built a complete e-commerce solution, tailored to Filtoria’s business model. The first version of the online store launched.

A streamlined, easy buying process

A great deal of attention has gone into optimising the buying journey. The search function makes it easy to find the right product, add it to the basket and complete the payment.

– Ordering should be as simple as possible for the end user. From finding the product to completing the purchase, it should take a couple of clicks, says Alexander Bjørnås, Project Manager at Netpower.

That simplicity means more completed purchases, fewer abandoned baskets and a better customer experience overall.

Subscriptions as a core feature

One of the most central parts of the project was building a subscription feature. It lets customers subscribe to filter replacements, so new filters arrive automatically at regular intervals and customers are notified when it is time to change a filter.

– The subscription solution has created a steady stream of returning customers and made life easier for end users, while giving Filtoria more predictability, Bjørnås continues.

For customers who would rather not subscribe, Filtoria can send automatic SMS reminders when it is time for a change.

An online store built for growth

Netpower has not only built a solution for today’s needs, but a platform ready for future expansion. Automated logistics, flexible payment options and a modern technical framework mean Filtoria can add new features quickly and expand into new markets.

The solution uses a headless architecture with Magento 2, built in PHP, as the backend, Next.js on the frontend and MySQL as the database.

The plan from here is to keep developing the store, with particular focus on optimising the subscription functionality and scaling into new markets.

– Netpower will continue to be a close partner going forward. With a flexible, scalable platform, Filtoria is well positioned for further growth, Bjørnås concludes.
