Yes. The systems can stay on servers at your site, or move into our own data centre in Norway. We take full operational responsibility wherever they run.
“Where is our data stored?”
If the systems run with us, the data sits in our own data centre in Norway, on a platform we own and control. If they stay local, the data stays at your site.
“Who replaces the hardware when it fails?”
If the equipment sits with you, we replace the hardware when it is needed. If the systems run with us, the platform is our responsibility and you notice nothing.
