Aero Norway – a renowned aircraft engine workshop
Aero Norway is a renowned aircraft engine workshop located at Sola, just outside Stavanger, with some of the world’s largest airlines on its customer list. In December it was announced that the company had been sold to ITP Aero, a global aerospace company specialising in the design, development, manufacture and maintenance of aircraft engine components.
Netpower chosen as development partner
As part of its continued investment, Aero Norway has chosen Netpower as its new development partner. Netpower will deliver custom software development that supports day-to-day operations today and future needs tied to growth and digitalisation.
For Netpower, the agreement represents both an important customer in aviation and an opportunity to strengthen its role as a technology partner for complex, business-critical organisations. At the same time, the collaboration helps build local expertise and keeps supplier work in the region.
