AI Product Manager
Build solutions for our customers with Claude Code, Codex or Grok – without reading a single line of code.
Do you want to build real software for customers – without writing or reading code?
We are looking for an AI Product Manager who understands what the customer needs, maps their business processes and turns them into working solutions. You build the solutions yourself, using Claude Code, Codex or Grok, and you get from a conversation to something the customer can try out quickly.
This role is for someone who thinks in products and processes, not in lines of code. Our developers do the final code review. You never review code yourself.
Join our in-house development team
We are not a consultancy that hires people out to sit in the customer’s office. At Netpower WEB Solutions you work in a small, senior team in Stavanger, with our own data centres in Norway. You follow a delivery from the first customer meeting to the solution going live, and you have several projects running at once.
The role sits inside our development and AI strategy team, close to the custom development we do for our customers.
What will you do?
- Talk to customers, dig into what they need and map their business processes
- Translate those processes into working support systems or entirely new enterprise systems
- Build the solutions yourself in Claude Code, Codex or Grok
- Show the customer real software within days rather than months, and refine it together
- Hand over to the developers at Netpower, who do the final code review
- Never read code yourself. You steer the AI tools, not the codebase
Who are we looking for?
A product manager who:
- Has built real applications with Claude Code, Codex or Grok
- Thinks in products and processes, and sees what actually solves the customer’s problem
- Is comfortable in customer meetings and asks the questions nobody else asks
- Works in a structured way, documents their choices and keeps track of several deliveries
- Is curious about new AI tools and tries them out in practice
- Speaks and writes Norwegian, because Norwegian is our working language
- Needs no background as a developer. What counts is your ability to build
