AI Advisor

Help our customers find where AI pays off – and build a secure “AI brain” for their organisation.

Netpower employee

Can you see where AI really pays off – and where it is only noise?

We are looking for an AI Advisor who goes into our customers’ business processes and works out where AI delivers a measurable effect. You point out what should be automated, what should be improved, and what should be left alone.

Many organisations sit on large amounts of their own data without getting anything out of it. You build an “AI brain” for the customer: language models running on their own hardware, where the data never leaves the building.

Join our in-house development team

We are not a consultancy that hires people out to sit in the customer’s office. At Netpower WEB Solutions you work in a small, senior team in Stavanger, with our own data centres in Norway. You take the customer from the first mapping exercise to the solution going live, and you stay on as their advisor afterwards.

The role sits inside our development and AI strategy team, close to the custom development we do for our customers.

What will you do?

  • Map the customer’s business processes and find where time and money disappear
  • Identify where AI agents can automate work and raise quality
  • Design solutions where a human keeps control of the decisions that matter
  • Build the customer’s “AI brain”: local language models on their own hardware, with safe access to corporate data
  • Advise on governance, data security, GDPR and the EU AI Act
  • Run workshops for leadership teams and produce roadmaps a customer can actually follow
  • Hand over to the development team when an idea becomes a finished system

Who are we looking for?

An advisor who:

  • Has used language models and AI agents in real business operations, not only in pilot projects
  • Understands data security and GDPR, and knows why local hosting matters to many customers
  • Has a background in consulting or process improvement
  • Can lead workshops with leadership teams and hold the direction when opinions differ
  • Explains technology simply, without dressing up what it cannot do
  • Speaks and writes Norwegian, because Norwegian is our working language

What matters most to us is not that you tick every box, but that you recognise yourself in the way we work.

What do you get with us?

  • A great deal of freedom to shape your own working day and your own deliveries, against clear goals
  • Variety: you are not locked into one project, but contribute to several – large and small
  • Colleagues with deep technical expertise in a calm and friendly environment
  • A personal budget for professional development
  • Flexible working hours
  • Free parking, and plenty of parking spaces
  • Showers and changing rooms for the active types
  • A free gym in the same building as the office
  • The HjemJobbHjem commuter scheme
  • A canteen, with dessert on Fridays
  • Health insurance
  • Cover for exercise or DNT (Norwegian Trekking Association) membership
