1. We analyse the business
First we sit with the people who know the work. Not a sales workshop. We go through processes, data and systems, and point to where agents actually save time.
- Which tasks are repetitive, document-heavy or depend on “what everyone knows”
- Which data a model is allowed to see — and what must never leave the building
- Where a human must approve, and where the agent can run on its own
- You leave with a ranked list and a first pilot
2. Agent factory
Then we build the agents that do the work. One process at a time, into production, with a human in the loop where it matters.
An agent reads, classifies, drafts, pulls facts from your line-of-business systems and hands the job on. It does not replace your people. It does the heavy lifting so they take the decisions.

3. Models trained on your data
We take your procedures, routines and what you know about your customers, and train language models on that. The models run on private hardware in Netpower’s own data centre in Stavanger.
Not a generic chatbot on a public cloud subscription. Knowledge of how you work: what is allowed, who the customer is, and what happened last time.
